Get involved with Creative Youth and IYAF!
We are currently very keen to hear from young people under 26 who would be interested in working as trainee producers. This is a voluntary role working on specific projects which culminate during the International Youth Arts Festival. We take approximately 20-25 young trainees every year and provide mentorship and training to help these young people take an idea through from concept through to completion. Trainees work on either specific projects as highlighted in the attached document or can suggest their own ideas for an event they may want to see materialise during IYAF in July.
This is a fantastic opportunity for enterprising, entrepreneurial, self motivated young people who wish to gain professional experience in a live working environment, build transferable skills and work on one of the largest and most diverse youth arts events in the country.
You can work alone or in teams and we are flexible as to the working hours of the trainees, but they must be available during the festival in July (8th – 17th July).

If you, or any young people you work with are interested in this opportunity please contact firstname.lastname@example.org outlining which role you are interested in.
