How to apply

All applications (other than short music performances under 15 minutes) should be submitted via Eventotron.

Eventotron is an all-in-one arts management system designed to help festivals with everything from event registration to brochure production, keeping in touch with artists, payment processing and settlements.

Eventotron is also a network of festival and season organisers, venue managers and over 40,000 performers, producers and promoters so you can easily plan a tour, or map out your year by exploring where you can take your work next.

To apply, you will need to:

  1. Visit Eventotron
  2. Sign up and create an account, or login to your existing account
  3. Head to Festivals and Venues
  4. Search for FUSE International 2026
  5. Click Apply!
  6. Complete all the sections about your company and show

Short performance application form

Every year Creative Youth (the charity behind FUSE International) produce several events that include shorter extracts of work.

SHORT MUSIC PERFORMANCES
If you are a musician interested in performing a short set (under 45mins), please apply via our Short Performance Application Form instead of via Eventotron.

DANCE SHOWCASE
Every year, Creative Youth programmes a Dance Showcase at Rose Theatre to celebrate the variety of talented dance groups in the area. The Dance Showcase that includes shorter extracts of dance work of varying styles and genres (ideally between 10-20mins). We have been delivering this event for several years and had lots of positive feedback from companies and audiences about the fantastic variety of work on display. Please apply via Eventotron for the Dance Showcase.

Registration fees

Our registration fees vary depending on the size and scale of production you are bringing to the festival. We have a wide range of spaces available to suit different types of show.

Please indicate your preferred venue size in the drop down, this will help our programming team to assign a venue. However please note, this does not guarantee your selected choice. The below prices are for one day/night during the festival.

  • £125 +VAT – All studio spaces (20% discount for solo performers)
  • £250 +VAT – Medium size space c.170 seats
  • £375 +VAT – Large space c.350 – 800

 

What’s included

As standard:

  • Tech support for your tech/ dress rehearsals and show
  • 50/50 box office split
  • Venue hire (no additional fee to registration payment)
  • Support from the FUSE International team
  • The equipment in the tech spec (though the tech spec & equipment is subject to change)
  • Box Office & FOH services & facilities
  • PPL & PRS fees ( you’ll need to provide a PPL PRS declaration nearer the festival)
  • Marketing & PR support as part of the overall festival promotional campaign
  • Potential photography from one of our festival volunteers
  • Listing on the festival website
  • The use of our participant hub space which includes free Wi-Fi and access to hot desk space
  • Networking opportunities during the festival

Logos
Download logos for FUSE International

Logos should not be altered or stretched in any way and should not be used in a box or container. The logo should only be used in white or black forms.  For Festival participants, please ensure the FUSE International logo is included in any printed materials that you produce.
