Art, space & wellbeing – free weekly sessions for young people. Explore creativity in a relaxed, supportive space, Tuesdays 4–5pm.
Mindful Art Sessions are back! Join us every Tuesday from 4–5pm for our free Mindful Art Sessions – a calm, creative space for young people aged 12–25 to unwind, explore their creativity, and focus on wellbeing. These sessions are informal and relaxed, with no pressure and no prior experience needed. All materials are provided.
Whether you’re completely new to art or already enjoy making, this is a welcoming space to experiment, express yourself, and connect with others in a supportive and inclusive environment.

Due to ongoing flood recovery work at FUSEBOX, these sessions will be temporarily hosted at Kingston Library from:
