We’re incredibly excited to introduce the newest members of Creative Youth’s Young Creatives panel: Gabrielle, JEOMY, Josh and Vika!
Our Young Creatives bring together emerging creatives from a range of backgrounds and disciplines, helping to shape the future of Creative Youth through their ideas, experiences and perspectives. They’re a huge part of what makes Creative Youth what it is — a charity run by young people, for young people.
We’re thrilled to welcome four new voices to the panel and can’t wait to see what they bring.
Gabrielle
Gabrielle (she/they) is an illustrator based on the south coast of England, with a passion for youth representation and making the creative industries more accessible to young people. After graduating in Illustration from AUB, Gabrielle went on to become President of her Student Union, as well as taking part in a residency with Arts by the Sea Festival.
Alongside her advocacy for young people, Gabrielle is developing an experimental creative practice across different mediums, with a particular interest in digital 3D sculpting. Her distinctive work often uses characters to explore the space between the beautiful and the absurd.
JEOMY
JEOMY is a London-based singer-songwriter, producer and cross-cultural creative originally from South Korea. Since moving to London in 2023, she has built her artistic practice independently, self-producing her music and performing at venues and events across Kingston and beyond.
Blending South Korean indie, UK bedroom-pop and personal lyricism, JEOMY brings a distinctly multicultural perspective to her work. She is passionate about making sure those perspectives are part of the centre of creative conversations — and we’re excited to have her voice on the Young Creatives panel.
Josh
Josh Deen is a Creative Producer, cultural programmer and artist with over eight years of experience delivering events, live performances and community-led creative projects across the South Coast, London and beyond.
Passionate about the connections between culture, creativity and community, Josh creates opportunities for people to connect, share stories and discover new perspectives. His work spans event production, artist development and cultural programming, with a particular focus on amplifying underrepresented communities and supporting emerging talent.
With roots in both the UK and Indo-Caribbean diaspora, Josh is particularly interested in identity, belonging and cultural exchange. Alongside producing and programming, he brings experience in radio, music production, talent development and partnerships — all with a focus on making culture more accessible, inclusive and representative.
Vika
Vika Lobatsevich is a multidisciplinary artist and animator with a passion for drawing, community engagement and creating opportunities for people to connect through art.
Her work combines traditional and digital techniques, from monotype, collage and pencil drawing to weaving, sewing and frame-by-frame animation. Much of her practice is tactile and participatory, exploring ideas around connection, belonging, stories and our relationship with ourselves and others.
Vika’s work has a distinctive textured quality, balancing childlike whimsy with tender and often serious subjects. She sees art as a way of reflecting, grounding herself and connecting with the world around her.
We’re so excited to welcome Gabrielle, JEOMY, Josh and Vika to the Young Creatives, joining our brilliant existing members Steph, Loui, Savannah-Rae, Joe and Ruth.
